MY APPROACH
Elise's passion for early relational health originates in both personal and professional experience. In the years before transitioning to clinical psychology, Elise was a doula and postpartum coach. Knowledge gained from working with birthing people, along with early exposure to caring for medically fragile, high needs infants, has shaped her
perspective. These experiences allow her to approach therapeutic relationships with humility, presence, and attunement. As a mother of three, she understands the nuances of family dynamics and the importance of early intervention. With an additional training at Huntington Hospital, she leads maternal mental health groups and provides therapy in high-acuity psychiatric settings. Elise is also gaining experience at UCLA's Family Development Program and the Maternal Mental Health IOP.
